Apex Funding Inc., doing business as Apex Funding Services (“Apex”), is a New York corporation and a commercial finance broker. Apex is not a lender or direct funder. Financing is provided by third-party funding partners. Approval, amounts, rates and terms are determined by the funding provider.

The content on this site is general information about business financing. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables, not loans. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and applying does not obligate you to accept any offer.

Your information

Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please give accurate and complete information. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or ID documents through the website forms. Your funding specialist will tell you how to share those securely.
